My name is Gwenn Jean-Francois
Welcome to my practice! I bring 17 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist specializing in Myofascial Release, Body Somatic Therapy, Thai Massage with Eastern principles, and just generally a passionate always learning and expanding student learning how the body is all interconnected. I proudly served in the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician on F/A 18s, so bodywork and energy/power/light is truly a call. One has to figure out what is stuck. There is an innate schematic. It shows up physically, in symptoms... most ending in an ITIS. Inflammation. Why...Where? Most of the time there is deeper resistance and patterns that need to unravel. That is the healing. Get rid of the dysfunction, blocks and things can block the flow . My commitment is to support you on your journey to optimal health and wellness. To teach, share, and guide one to experience to the power of bodywork and myofascial release. I have a deep passion for the healing arts, particularly in exploring the ways that the body connects through energy, flow, and in ways that it binds us. It is fascinating how fascia blocks the flow and sends information, light, consciousness and how that can impact our bodies,mind and spirit....which presents itself in present day life. Together, we can work through chronic pain, lack of mobility, and empower you to move forward and embrace a vibrant, pain-free life. I look forward to starting this transformative journey with you!
