About the event
Vendors and free 10-15 minute massages and energy work all day at Beacon Bodyworks.
The day starts with our inaugural Veterans & First Responders Run/Walk starting at 8 AM at Macken Park. We'll meet in the parking lot for the tennis courts. Participation is open to all. We ask for a $35 donation. All proceeds from the event are going to The Battle Within, and organization committed to supporting Veterans and First Responders.
After the Run/Walk, head back to Beacon Bodyworks for morning meditation at 10 AM. There will be a stretch class at noon and a sound bath at 6:30 PM.
